Honouring Seasons and Embracing Change

Returning to my original name

Nicole Lee — returning home to Nicole Perry!

Life has a way of moving in seasons, doesn't it?  Some stretch us open and invite us to grow and expand. Others remind us to slow down, rest and let go. Each one holding its own wisdom and medicine. This past season for me has been one of change, closure, and coming home to myself in a deeper and more honest way.  And let's be real, when life invites you to come home to yourself in that way, it is rarely comfortable. But it's always what's needed.  Because sometimes growth means outgrowing the story and the version of ourselves that once fit so perfectly.

Many of you have known me for many years as Nicole Lee. That name has carried me through beautiful and transformative times, and I hold so much gratitude for all that it represents. But names hold energy and power. They remind us of who we are, they anchor us in truth and they also call us forward into what's next.

So, it is with deep respect for what has been and trust in what is unfolding that I have decided I will be returning to my maiden name: Nicole Perry.

This change is not about erasing the past but rather claiming the present with clarity and strength, and stepping into what is next with both feet.

Here's to the beauty of beginnings, endings, everything in between and the courage to walk forward as our truest selves.

And if you're standing at your own edge of change, I hope this reminds you that you are stronger than you think. Trust the whispers of your heart. Honour what feels true to you, even if it shakes things up. Because every leap of faith (no matter how small) is really a declaration of self-love. And that's where your magic truly begins.
