We’ll explore the survival patterns, old beliefs, and inner protector parts that learned it was safer to stay small, silent, or agreeable. Together, we’ll hold space for the shadow without judgement, and begin to unhook from guilt, fear, and the pressure to perform.

This is where real healing begins — in the honesty, the discomfort, and the courage to stop abandoning yourself.
